About us

About us

Since 1983, we have brought our partners’ projects to life by developing exceptional production processes and high technology products. We do so efficiently thanks to our broad and complementary expertise, including physics, electronics, mechanics, computer science, mathematics, and laser processes, as well as our state of the art facilities and equipment.

Our non-profit organization, recognized as a college centre for the transfer of technology (CCTT), is affiliated with Cégep de La Pocatière. From the beautiful Kamouraska region, our multidisciplinary team carries out applied research, development, and technology transfer mandates for regional and provincial organizations, as well as partners from around the world seeking innovative solutions.

Let’s become partners, and innovate together! Let’s drive technology forward with exceptional products and processes.

To contribute to the technological development of our partners through innovations that respect people and the environment.

Our vision

To be Quebec’s leading reference in the industrial applications of physics.

Our values

At Novika, we innovate, and we do it with heart. We stay true to our values by carrying them into every project we take on and every solution we develop. Our values are principles that shape how we think, collaborate, and move forward with you, because we believe technology only matters if it is useful, responsible, and human.

Innovation through technology

We develop useful solutions by combining creativity with a practical mindset. That is how we commit to supporting your organization’s growth. We reinvent your products and processes so you can benefit from the latest technological advances.

Commitment to our partners

We are proud to contribute to your success. That is why we support you beyond the technology development mandate you entrust to us. We are with you from start to finish: needs assessment, project funding, knowledge transfer to your team, production support, and more. We never leave you hanging, because your need becomes our project.

Respect for people

We believe technology should build resilience in the face of today’s and tomorrow’s societal and environmental challenges. Even when we develop products and processes driven by growth imperatives, we do so with respect for people and their environment.

Quality policy

The primary objective of our Quality Policy is customer satisfaction.
